**NEW!  Yoga classes targeted specifically for athletes. Whatever your sport, certain yoga postures are beneficial in relieving soreness, tightness and tension due to over-use muscles and tendons.  Practicing yoga will also increase your flexibility while you stretch sore muscles post-workout.

Classes are held on Wednesday evenings, 5:30 p.m. at No Worries Natural Medicine, 2020 Highway A1A, IHB Professional Plaza.  Join us for a free introductory class!
